I love building software. I love working with engineers and product and operations and all of our other crucial partners that work so closely with us as we endeavor to build better software. What I have learned in my journey from a junior software engineer to, currently, a director of software engineering, is that the process of building software is full of an ebb and flow, that when its on point, is one of the most beautiful things in the world.
This site is really about my journey. What I've learned along the way and the mistakes I've made. I'll be the first one to tell you that I still get it wrong more than I get it right, but I am on a journey to be a better version of myself as a leader. Who knows, maybe this will help others and if I am lucky, I mean, incredibly lucky, it will spark some discussion that we can all learn from.
